Yo, Sid here. Just whipped up a fresh batch of cannacoconut oil and had to share the recipe. I love using coconut oil because it's packed with MCTs, which are awesome for helping your body absorb the THC way better than standard butter. Ingredients: * 7 to 10 grams of your favorite cannabis flower (ground up) * 1 cup of organic, unrefined coconut oil Steps: 1. Decarb first (crucial step to turn non-psychoactive THCA into active THC): Spread your ground flower on a lined baking sheet and bake at 240°F (115°C) for 30–40 minutes. Don't skip this or your oil won't do anything! 2. Get your infusion going. Remember, THC is fat-soluble (not water-soluble), so it needs this coconut oil to bind to. Combine the decarbed flower and coconut oil in a saucepan or double boiler. 3. Simmer on low heat (keep it between 160–200°F / 70–95°C) for 2–4 hours. Stir it occasionally. Keep it low so you don't burn off the good stuff. 4. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth into a glass jar. Don't squeeze the cloth too hard or you'll get excess chlorophyll and plant taste. Let it cool and solidify. Quick heads up on dosing: start low and go slow. If you're new to this, 5–10mg of THC is a solid single serving. Label your jar clearly so no one mistakes it for regular cooking oil, and keep it far away from kids and pets. Also, remember that edibles take 30–90 minutes (sometimes even longer) to kick in because they have to process through your liver. Seriously, wait it out before taking more so you don't accidentally overdo it!

Hearing that the Broken Lizard guys still sit down, light up, and write these scripts with the exact same energy they had twenty years ago is just beautiful. It gives me hope that we’re getting another genuine, hilarious stoner comedy instead of some watered-down studio version trying too hard to be PC. We need that raw, R-rated ridiculousness back on our screens, especially right now. I’m already planning the stash for opening night. What are you guys rolling up for the rewatch of the first two before this one drops?
