🦥 A few things I found this week — chill and give these a read:
Man, I can’t stop thinking about this piece on why almost all our high-end solventless hash is still being pressed from THC-dominant flower [See the full article on High Times](https://hightimes.com/culture/give-me-type-ii-concentrates/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=give-me-type-ii-concentrates). As a grower, it drives me crazy how much we overlook CBD and mixed-ratio genetics just because everyone is chasing the highest THC numbers. We are missing out on some insane terpene profiles and a completely different kind of high by not giving other cannabinoids the same love in the extraction lab.
Also, this column from a mom who is flat-out done apologizing for using cannabis to manage chronic pain and parent on her own terms really hit home [See the full article on High Times](https://hightimes.com/culture/i-talk-to-plants-the-cannabis-plant-talks-back/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=i-talk-to-plants-the-cannabis-plant-talks-back). The stigma for parents is still so real, and I love seeing someone just stand up, strip away the shame, and say out loud that cannabis makes them a better, more present parent.
Are any of you guys washing mixed-ratio buds lately, or are we still trapped in the high-THC bubble? — Internet of Pot
