I'm filing a formal complaint with the Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation against Swade Rolla. Here's why, and it's also a correction to my own post. A while back I reported that Swade Rolla had resolved a lab-data problem I raised. Their GM pulled the real COA, confirmed my package label was accurate, and committed to a manual verification process before listings went live. I took them at their word and said so publicly. I was wrong to call it resolved. Yesterday I drove an hour to Swade Rolla for a strain whose listed numbers were exactly what I was looking for. I asked to see the COA. The THC was two percent lower than advertised, and the terpenes weren't close — the listed values were down in the single decimals on the actual document. Here's what changed. They're not posting the COA anymore. They're typing values onto the site. That means someone is entering those numbers by hand, and they don't match the lab's own paperwork. The GM I dealt with is no longer there. I don't know why. I was told before that a hard copy of the COA would be available on request. It wasn't. The budtender looked surprised I asked, and all I got was a look at their laptop screen. I couldn't take anything with me. This isn't a hard problem to solve. I went to KEY Cannabis and their COAs matched exactly. They told me they have staff who verify every one, that it's a real process, and that they take pride in getting it right. I've checked High Profile in St. Robert a couple of times too, and they've been accurate as well. So it can be done. Patients pick medicine off those numbers. Terpene profiles are the whole reason some of us choose one strain over another. Getting them wrong isn't a website bug, it's telling someone they're buying something they aren't. Check the COA before you buy, and ask for the actual document, not a screen.

Hey, it's Sid. I need you to see this, because it's about all of us.

The federal government has built a "precrime" system for the highway. No warrant. No suspicion. No crime. Just an algorithm deciding you look wrong, and a stop happens.

Here's how it works: license plate readers and financial-pattern algorithms flag drivers before they've done a single thing wrong. And they are coming after our people. Legal cannabis workers, forced by federal law to run in cash, get flagged by these same "suspicious financial pattern" algorithms — punished for a cash economy the government itself created. They're being watched by where they drive and profiled by their own bank records, for doing legal work.

And the system is garbage. License plate misreads run as high as 71 percent in real municipal audits. An "O" mistaken for a "0" turns into a felony stop on an innocent person. Run the math and it comes out to 77 innocent drivers pulled over for every one real hit. The officers doing these stops will tell you themselves: 9 out of 10 find nothing.

They hide it, too. The algorithm's tip gets passed to a local cop through a group chat, and the cop pulls you over for a taillight or an air freshener — so the real reason for the stop never has to show up in court. And your local traffic cameras? Default settings let federal agencies search all of them, no permission asked. Over 83,000 cameras, used to track a woman for having an abortion.

This isn't safety. This is a surveillance net, and cannabis people are caught in it.

The courts are starting to fight back — the Supreme Court just ruled this kind of tracking needs a warrant, and more than 30 cities have already torn up their contracts with these vendors. So this is the moment. Watch it. Share it. Tell everybody you know who drives for work.

We protect our own. That's what this is.

We all need to be aware. This is bad and its happening now. They're Not Predicting Crime. They're Predicting You. DHS has a unit that reads your bank account and decides if you look like a criminal. No warrant. No crime. Just an algorithm nobody's allowed to inspect, deciding your spending "resembles" a pattern — then handing your name to local cops with instructions to find a reason to pull you over. They found one for Kyle Olson. He worked at a licensed California cannabis farm, driving legal product home to Wisconsin — edibles, cuttings, hash oil. Flagged by his finances. Pulled over on a fake pretext. Blood drawn on the roadside. Charged with DUI and intent to distribute. For doing his job. He's not alone. Alek Schott took a drive in Texas, got flagged, had his car dismantled by deputies searching for something that wasn't there. Lorenzo Gutierrez Lugo got stopped for going 5 over, arrested for the cash in his pocket — no charges ever filed, $20,000 in legal fees just to walk away clean. Zero for three. That's the track record of a system DHS refuses to explain, refuses to audit, refuses to prove works at all — because "operational security" is what you say when the truth is it doesn't. Here's what should stop you cold: your state can legalize this plant. Your bank account doesn't care. A model trained to flag "patterns associated with narcotics" doesn't check your state's laws before it flags your name. Fully licensed, fully compliant — still treated like a suspect, because your money moved in a way a black box didn't like. This is exactly why we exist. Everyone else built their systems to treat this industry as guilty by default — banks, processors, and now, apparently, predictive-policing software running on vibes. We didn't build this platform because we're paranoid. We built it because the alternative is trusting your freedom to an oracle nobody can question. Watch the Flock and the bank views. Then ask yourself who's really being predicted here.
